Fresh renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra have hit the web courtesy of WinFuture, showcasing a tablet that is getting even sleeker without sacrificing specs.
The images reveal a device with clean, flat edges and a polished finish, expected to launch in both grey and silver colours. While the design DNA from its predecessor is clear, Samsung has made some key refinements to the flagship tablet.
Fresh images reveal a thinner body and a new camera notch
The Tab S11 Ultra is once again built around a gargantuan 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2K display. This impressive panel keeps its sharp 2960 x 1848 pixels resolution and smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The company is also finally ditching the old boxy camera housing in favour of a much subtler semicircular cutout for the front-facing camera.
Moreover, the company has streamlined the front camera system, opting for a single sensor instead of the dual 12MP setup found on the previous model.

Beneath the enormous screen, Samsung is apparently swapping chip suppliers. The tablet is tipped to run on MediaTek‘s top-tier Dimensity 9400 processor. This can be paired with up to 16 gigabytes of RAM and a full terabyte of storage.
Somehow, Samsung has managed to cram a larger 11,600mAh battery into a ridiculously thin five-millimetre body, which will also support 45W fast charging. The rear camera setup features a 12MP and a 13MP lens, both offering ultra-wide-angle capabilities.
Finally, you’ll also get perks like an IP68 water resistance rating, Wi-Fi 7, and full S Pen support. We expect Samsung to officially unveil the tablet during IFA 2025 in Berlin. The device will ship with Android 16 and One UI 8, and Samsung is promising seven years of both OS and security updates.
