Garmin has announced a new wearable that features a thin and light design, making it sit comfortably on your wrist. The all-new Garmin Venu X1 GPS boasts a large AMOLED screen and has GPS support. It also comes pre-loaded with over 100 sports modes and has all the essential health features. Here’s everything you need to know.
Garmin Venu X1 key features and highlights
The latest Garmin Venu X1 has a square dial, featuring a 2-inch AMOLED display. It has an ultra-thin design, measuring only 8mm in thickness. It’s also lightweight, owing to its comfortable nylon band that wraps around your wrist.
The smartwatch has a built-in speaker and a microphone for calls. For fitness and sports, it comes preloaded with over 100 sports modes and supports full-colour TopoActive maps.
The sports modes include running, cycling, strength training, and more. It also offers performance metrics showing your insurance score, hill score, and training readiness.
Other features of the smartwatch include a water-resistant design. It also has voice assistant support, offering a hands-free experience. It has Bluetooth, ANT+, Wi-Fi, and GPS support.
Apart from this, the smartwatch also has a few health features, including heart rate variability (HRV), sleep monitoring, Pulse Ox, stress tracking, and more.

What’s more? The smartwatch features Garmin Pay for contactless payments. It comes with useful apps like a calculator and a calendar, among others. Further, you can also store music on the watch and listen to it via your Bluetooth headphones.
Coming to the price, the Garmin Venu X1 costs $799.99 (about Rs 68,930). It will be available for purchase from June 18 in the global markets. It’s unclear if Garmin plans to launch it in India anytime soon.
