Insta360 Go Ultra features bigger sensor and swappable battery

The Insta360 lineup has just received a new model, and this one’s truly tiny, yet it packs a bigger sensor. Dubbed the Insta360 Go Ultra, the action camera also comes with a swappable battery, making it convenient for photo and videography enthusiasts on the move.

What’s special about the Insta360 Go Ultra?

The Insta360 Go Ultra retains the detachable format, but has a square-shaped body that’s truly tiny. One that can easily slide into your jeans pocket. Despite the small form factor, it features a large 1/1.28-inch sensor, which is twice the size of Insta360 Go 3S.

The action camera can record up to 4K videos at 60fps, and up to 4K 30fps with the Active HDR mode. It also supports slow-motion videos at 1080p 240fps. As for photography, you can snap 50MP photos, and for those who love to grade their photos, there’s support for RAW.

Powering the action camera is a 5nm chipset, and it packs a 500mAh cell and is advertised to last up to 70 minutes. With the Action Pod, you can extend the runtime to around 200 minutes. You can also swap the battery, making it convenient for those who plan to use it all day long.
