OnePlus is preparing to launch its much-awaited compact smartphone, the OnePlus 13T. The device has been in the news for a while, and it has finally received a release date. The compact phone will be announced next week globally, and its design and key details have been revealed.
All about the upcoming OnePlus 13T
The OnePlus 13T will be announced on April 24 in China. The smartphone is expected to be also made available globally upon its China release. It may also launch in India, rivaling other compact phones, like the Xiaomi 15 and the iPhone 16.
As per the launch poster shared by OnePlus, the 13T features a strikingly different rear design compared to the OnePlus 13 and the OnePlus 13R. The smartphone will arrive in three colour options, including Morning Mist Gray, Cloud Ink Black, and pink.
The device will boast matte finish on the rear and have flat sides. It is expected to have a unibody metal build, making it look and feel premium. It is expected to come with a 6.32-inch flat screen with high refresh rate support.
Interestingly, the OnePlus 13T will feature a customisable side button, replacing the traditional Alert Slider. This customisable button will let you action different tasks, just like the Action button on the newer iPhones.

In terms of performance, the smartphone is expected to pack the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with fast RAM and storage. One of the highlights of the phone will be its large battery. The device is speculated to come with a 6,200mAh cell with 80W charging support.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the device may have a dual camera system on the back with a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP 2x telephoto unit. Upfront, it may have a single camera. However, the exact details are unknown as of yet.
