Launched globally today, the OnePlus Nord 5 sports a revamped design language. The design is understated but sophisticated, available in three distinct colours – Marble Sands, Dry Ice, and Phantom Grey. The flat-edged frame, IP65 rating, and Gorilla Glass 7i make it feel ready for everyday wear and tear, while still looking sharp.

The 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED display offers a 144Hz refresh rate for ultra-smooth visuals. Whether you’re gaming, scrolling, or binge-watching, it should feel fast, fluid, and easy on the eyes, especially with features like Aqua Touch 2.0 and 3,840Hz PWM dimming for low-light comfort.

Performance-wise, the Nord 5 is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. Whether you’re editing 4K footage or switching between apps, it should handle it all effortlessly. Its dual vapour chamber cooling system helps keep temperatures stable even under pressure.

On the camera front, the phone houses a 50MP Sony primary sensor, complemented by an 8MP ultrawide. The phone also boasts a 50MP front camera for selfies and video calls. Speaking of video, the Nord 5 supports 4K at 60fps video with solid stabilisation on both the rear and selfie cameras.
