OnePlus Nord CE 5 features the biggest battery in any OnePlus phone yet

OnePlus has launched one of its most affordable phones for the year, the OnePlus Nord CE 5. This new phone brings some design changes and a couple of new hardware upgrades over the Nord CE 4. Here’s everything you need to know.

OnePlus Nord CE 5 key features and highlights

The OnePlus Nord CE 5 features a 6.7-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling. It has an FHD+ resolution and 1,300 nits of brightness for better legibility under direct sunlight.

Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It also has a microSD card slot for additional storage.

One of the phone’s highlights is the monstrous 7,100mAh battery, which is the biggest in any OnePlus phone yet. The battery supports 80W SuperVOOC charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the device boasts a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide unit for group shots. Upfront, it has a 16MP selfie camera.

Other features of the phone include an in-display fingerprint scanner, an IR blaster, and a single-speaker setup. It boots on Android 15 OS with OxygenOS 15 on top.

OnePlus Nord CE 5 price and availability

The OnePlus Nord CE 5 costs Rs 22,999 for the base 8GB + 128GB variant and Rs 24,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The top-of-the-line 12GB + 256GB variant will be priced at Rs 26,999.

The first sale of the phone begins on July 12. The device will be up for sale in online and offline markets across India.
