Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, Z Flip 7 SE launched in India

Samsung, at the Galaxy Unpacked July, launched the new Galaxy Z Flip 7 and the Z Flip 7 FE. Both feature a clamshell foldable design and come packed with all the new AI features. The Z Flip 7 gets an edge-to-edge FlexWindow and is powered by a new Exynos chipset. Here’s everything you need to know.

All about the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Z Flip 7 FE

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 now has a bigger edge-to-edge cover screen, which Samsung calls the FlexWindow. It’s a 4.1-inch Super AMOLED screen. The cover screen gets Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. There’s a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with an FHD+ resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling.

The Z Flip 7 FE, on the other hand, retains the cover screen design of the Z Flip 6. It gets a 3.4-inch Super AMOLED cover display and a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with up to 120Hz refresh rate support.

Both phones feature a dual camera on the rear with a 50MP main sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide unit. The duo has a 12MP camera on the front for selfies. For performance, the Z Flip 7 is powered by the Exynos 2500 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. The Z Flip 7 FE gets the older Exynos 2400 SOC coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The Z Flip 7 also gets a larger 4,300mAh battery, whereas the Z Flip 7 FE packs a 4,000mAh cell. Both have 25W fast charging support. The duo gets a bunch of AI features, but the Z Flip 7 gets the latest Android 16-based One UI 8 out of the box.

Coming to the price, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 starts at Rs 1,09,999 for the base 12GB + 256GB variant and Rs 1,21,999 for the 12GB + 512GB variant.

The Z Flip 7 FE starts at Rs 89,999. The lineup is now up for pre-orders on the Samsung India website and partner stores across India.
