The Boys is stepping out of television and into gaming for the first time. A new VR title called The Boys: Trigger Warning has been announced, bringing a similar over-the-top humour, sarcasm, and twisted world of Vought to players next year. Here’s all you need to know about the game.
All about The Boys: Trigger Warning
Trigger Warning puts you in the shoes of a new character who ends up discovering a dangerous secret hidden by Vought. What begins as a normal family outing quickly turns into a fight for survival, pushing you straight into the messy world of The Boys.
The makers say the game is built to capture the feel of the show. Expect humour and action, which is what the series is known for. Several familiar characters from the show may appear, giving you an immersive experience via your VR headset.
The game is being developed only for VR headsets, and is confirmed for Meta Quest and PSVR 2. It is planned for a 2026 release. Pre-orders have already gone live on select platforms.
