Upcoming phones in December 2025 to look out for

We are officially in December, that month of the year, when we all go a little easy on things. However, brands appear to be doing otherwise. Suddenly, we are looking at a packed month with smartphone launches from brands like OnePlus, Vivo, and Realme to name a few.

This month, we expect to see new camera phones, mid-premium devices, and even entry-level options. If you are planning to get a new phone for yourself, read on to see what’s in store for you in December.

Vivo X300 series

Starting with one of the most anticipated launches this month, the Vivo X300 series. Vivo will take the wraps off the X300 and the X300 Pro on December 2, and these will be camera-focused phones rivalling the Oppo Find X9 duos and the iPhones and Samsungs.

Both phones will feature triple cameras, with the Pro getting a 200MP periscope telephoto sensor. It will also come with a teleconverter lens, similar to the Find X9 Pro. Other specs include an OLED display, MediaTek-backed performance, and a large battery.

OnePlus Ace 6T

OnePlus is all set to launch the OnePlus Ace 6T on December 3, and this will be the first phone to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC. It may also feature an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a large 8,300mAh battery. This one, however, is launching in China, but it may arrive in India later.

Redmi 15C 5G

Next up, there’s a budget phone launching from Redmi. The Redmi 15C 5G is coming on December 3, and it will boast a large 120Hz LCD screen. It is powered by the Dimensity 6300 chipset and is expected house a large battery.

Realme P4x 5G

Realme is also launching the P4x 5G on December 4 in India. It will be a gaming-ready smartphone and feature a 144Hz fast display. It will be powered by the MediaTek 7300 Ultra chipset, and may have 8GB or 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. Not many details are known about the P4x, but we should more soon.

OnePlus 15R

OnePlus is launching another phone this month, but this one is for India. The OnePlus 15R will be a device in the mid-premium segment, succeeding the OnePlus 13R. It is launching on December 17 and will pack the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. OnePlus may also launch the Pad Go 3 alongside the 15R.
