Xiaomi has officially listed the 2K Monitor A27Qi 2026 on its global website, meaning a launch is imminent now. This model is replacing the budget friendly model that showed up in Europe back in April.
The refresh rate is the big story here since it now hits 120Hz. The old one topped out at 100Hz so you are getting a smoother experience. The screen itself is a 27-inch IPS panel with a 2560 x 1440 resolution, with a response time of 6ms.
A sleek, modern-looking package
Visuals should look pretty good with the 1300 to 1 contrast ratio and 8-bit colour depth. Brightness is 300 nits, while viewing angles max out at 178 degrees. You also get 95 per cent coverage of DCI-P3 and 100 per cent of sRGB colour spaces.
The bezels are super thin to help with immersion. Xiaomi says this helps when you have a multi monitor setup. They also claim colour consistency across their other devices like tablets and phones, which is handy for editing work if you stay in their ecosystem.
Eye safety features are included too, starting with a TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light. The hardware tech reduces blue light output by 50 per cent, which Xiaomi claims happens without the screen turning yellow. Full range DC dimming is also there to kill flicker during long sessions.
For connectivity, you will find one DisplayPort 1.4 slot and one HDMI 2.0 port. An audio port and the DC IN power port are on the back too. The whole package weighs 3.9kg with the stand on.

The stand tilts 5 degrees forward and 15 degrees backward. You can mount it on a wall using a 75 x 75 mm VESA bracket. Finally, power consumption is rated at 36W.
An Indian launch hasn’t been announced yet, but you can bet we’ll cover it on Unboxed by Croma when it happens, so stay tuned.
