Airtel has announced it is teaming up with Adobe to do something actually pretty cool. They are giving away free access to Adobe Express Premium to its about 360 million customers.
For those who haven’t used it, Adobe Express is that web-based design tool that competes directly with Canva. It is what you use when you need to make a quick social media post, a flyer, or a resume, without learning how to use Photoshop. Usually, the Premium version of this costs around Rs 4,000 a year. Now, if you are on Airtel, you get that for absolutely nothing.
Every Airtel user gets it
This isn’t a limited trial as it applies to basically everyone on their network – mobile users, home Wi-Fi subscribers, even people with their DTH satellite TV service.
You just have to log into the Airtel Thanks app to claim it. Best of all, you do not even need to put in a credit card to sign up. That is often the annoying hurdle with these freebies, so seeing it removed is nice.
The only catch is that it’s valid for a year. So if you like what it offers, you can extend your subscription after it ends by paying.
As for the app itself, it’s pretty robust. It comes with all those generative AI features we have been seeing everywhere lately, like instant background removal and text-to-image generation. But specifically for India, Adobe has tuned it to support local languages like Hindi, Tamil, and Bengali.

The announcement comes after Airtel announced another partnership with Perplexity last year where it offered one full year of Perplexity Pro AI, again for free.
