Back in September 2025, Google announced the Google AI Plus subscription plan, positioned between the free and Pro tiers. While it was made available in other countries, it wasn’t made available in India. Now, the new Plus plan has finally arrived in India, priced at Rs 199 per month. Here’s a look at what it offers.
Google AI Plus plan
The Google AI Plus plan provides access to Gemini 3 Pro, which is currently the company’s most advanced model. It also includes access to the Nano Banano Pro image-generation tool and the Veo 3.1 image-to-video generation tool.
The AI Plus plan offers 200 monthly AI credits for video generation across Flow and Whisk. Gemini will also remain integrated across Google products like Gmail, Docs, Maps, and more.
The plan further includes access to Notebook LM for deeper research and analysis. Users also get 200GB of cloud storage for Photos, Drive, and Gmail.

Readers should note that the Rs 199 per month price is a limited six-month offer. After that period, the plan will cost Rs 399 per month. It can be shared with up to five other users.
Comparison with AI Pro and AI Ultra plans
The Google AI Pro and AI Ultra plans are priced at Rs 1,950 and Rs 24,500 per month, respectively. The AI Pro plan offers 2TB of storage and 1,000 AI credits, whereas the Ultra plan provides 30TB of storage and 25,000 AI credits.
Additionally, the Ultra plan includes the highest possible usage limits for image and video generation, as well as other AI tools, offering priority access for heavy research or agentic workflows.
The Google AI free plan, while suitable for everyday use, features a less capable Gemini model compared to the Pro and Ultra plans. It lacks app integration and comes with the lowest AI usage limits. Readers should also note that Gemini AI Pro is available free for 18 months for Reliance Jio users. Readers can visit this post to know more about it.
