You’ve probably let that foldable screen charm you already, but the fact is that foldables aren’t the most durable devices. Or, at least weren’t. We are talking in past tense, because the new Pixel 10 Pro Fold, which Google dropped even before it kicks off the Made by Google event, is fully dust resistant.
Dust resistance in a foldable is a major upgrade, and pair that up with the new Tensor chipset and consistent cameras, and you get the new Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Not to mention it runs on the latest Android OS and also has a bunch of AI smarts. So, let’s deep dive into its specs sheet.
What’s special about the Pixel 10 Pro Fold?
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold arrives with a larger, brighter display setup, a 6.4-inch cover screen and 8-inch inner OLED, both supporting 120 Hz and 3,000-nit brightness.
Powering it is Google’s latest Tensor G5 chip, which has the newer Titan M2 security. It’s paired with up to 16 GB RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It runs Android 16 and includes a massive seven-year update promise.
On the ruggedness front, this is the first foldable in the world with full IP68 dust and water resistance, making it quite durable. Google has wrapped it in aerospace-grade aluminum, and weight-wise it’s at 258 grams. Still heavier than the recently launched Galaxy Z Fold 7‘s 215 grams weight.

The camera setup includes a 48MP main camera, 10.5MP ultrawide, and 10.8MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom, plus dual 10MP selfie cameras for front and inner displays. As for the battery, it packs a 5,015mAh battery that supports 23W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
Other than this, Pixel 10 Pro Fold also runs the latest Android 16 OS, which comes with a bunch of AI features. Gemini powers most tools, and they are advertised to be quite useful.
Price and availability
In India, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is priced at Rs 1,72,999, and it goes on sale starting August 20 via the Google Store and major retailers.
