You don’t usually see a smartphone set a Guinness World Record, but Infinix has done just that with its HOT 60 Pro+. The phone has been certified as the world’s thinnest smartphone with a 3D curved display.
No compromises on specs despite the lean dimensions
The award was handed over during the phone’s Indonesia launch after laser measurements by an ILAC accredited laboratory confirmed a minimum thickness of 5.95 millimetres and a maximum of 6.09 millimetres, the thicker number being used as the official benchmark.
Note that this isn’t slimmer than the Galaxy S25 Edge, which measures 5.8mm. But the HOT 60+ is still the slimmest phone with a curved screen on the market.
That kind of slimness might read like a design stunt until you hold the spec sheet. The HOT 60 Pro+ keeps a large 5,160mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging, Basically, it avoids the usual trade off between thin and fragile battery life.

Display and imaging are where the phone makes the record feel purposeful. The 6.78-inch 1.5K 3D curved AMOLED has a 144Hz refresh rate and boasts a reported peak brightness of up to 4500 nits with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The main camera uses a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor while the front camera is 13MP and both can record 2K video.
The phone ships with Android 15 layered with XOS 15, offers 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM with 128 or 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, and includes an in display fingerprint reader, IR blaster and an IP65 dust and splash resistance rating. Connectivity covers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4.
The HOT 60 Pro+ arrives in a range of finishes including Sleek Black, Titanium Silver and Moco Cyber Green. A release in India has not been confirmed yet.
