JBL has officially pulled the wraps off one of its boldest audio bets yet – the Tour Pro 3, a pair of truly wireless earbuds that feel more like a tech showcase than just ear candy. With a touchscreen on the case, adaptive Active Noise Cancellation, 360-degree spatial audio, and a wild new trick – acting as its own wireless audio transmitter – this is JBL flexing hard in the premium TWS arena. Here’s everything you need to know about JBL’s latest premium TWS.
JBL Tour Pro 3: Everything you need to know
Let’s start with the headline act – the Smart Charging Case. Not only does it juice up your earbuds, but it moonlights as a wireless audio transmitter, meaning you can plug it into in-flight entertainment systems or any USB/analogue source and stream directly to the buds. No Bluetooth required. And yes, it supports Auracast too; the next-gen Bluetooth broadcast standard that’s slowly but surely becoming a thing.
Now about that touchscreen. It’s a 1.57-inch touchscreen full-colour display that lets you control music, manage calls, check battery status, read messages, and even add a custom wallpaper, because why not personalise your charging case?
Audio-wise, the Tour Pro 3 means business. Each earbud packs a 10.2mm dynamic driver paired with a 2.8mm balanced armature driver, pushing out high-res audio with a frequency range from 20Hz all the way to 40,000Hz; basically, more than what the human ear can handle, but we respect the hustle. There are six microphones per bud for crystal-clear calls and ANC.
You also get Bluetooth 5.3, LDAC support, and Hi-Res Audio certification, alongside JBL Spatial 360 sound with head tracking, which turns your playlist into a surround-sound experience that follows your head movements like a private IMAX theatre for your ears.

Bonus points for Microsoft Swift Pair support and custom EQ controls via the JBL Headphones app. The earbuds also sport an IP55 rating, making them resistant to both dust and sweat. Gym bag-friendly, to say the least.
As for battery, the numbers are solid: 44 hours total (with the case), wireless charging support, and a quick 10-minute top-up for around 3 hours of playback.
JBL Tour Pro 3: Pricing and availability
This is JBL gunning for the big league. The Tour Pro 3 will retail at Rs 29,999 and will be available in Black and Latte finishes starting July 11 via the official JBL India website. So, is it the smartest TWS in the room? Possibly. Is it overkill? Maybe. Is it cool as hell? Absolutely.
