Lenovo launches AI Glasses V1 with Micro LED display and support for AI translations

Lenovo has launched its new pair of wearable glasses, and they are really cool. Dubbed the AI Glasses V1, the wearable glasses feature AI features, enabling real-time AI prompts and translation.

The glasses also double up as your music listening devices, and they also let you scroll through content and read messages. Cool enough? Here’s all you need to know about Lenovo’s AI Glasses V1.

Everything about the Lenovo AI Glasses V1

The Lenovo AI Glasses V1 are unlike Meta Ray-Bans or other camera-fitted smart glasses; rather, these focus on productivity. You get features like real-time AI prompts and translation, helping you make your everyday easy and convenient.

The AI Glasses V1 boast Micro LED displays with up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness, making the on-screen text visible even during bright sunlight. There’s also 15x11mm eye-motion support for a better viewing range.

The smart glasses also come with Lenovo’s Tianxi assistant, meaning you can voice commands to complete actions. They also have dual microphones, enabling a clear call experience. The glasses themselves are quite sleek, and do weigh only 38 grams.

However, unlike some other smart glasses, these lack a dedicated camera. This means, like the Meta Raybans, you can’t snap photos for Instagram. But you can pair them with your Android device and use them as a secondary gadget for enhanced productivity.

Because they don’t come with a camera, they also offer up to 250 hours of standby time. Lenovo claims that you can use the translation feature for up to 10 hours straight on a single charge. With continuous teleprompter input, you can use them for about four hours.
