Gadgets can sometimes be boring, monotonous, and limited. But the latest one from Xiaomi is nothing ordinary. No, it’s not a new smartphone. Rather, it’s a pair of fancy sunglasses that blends performance and productivity features — all with style and aesthetics.
Interestingly, the wearable packs AI features and has a small camera to capture your everyday moments. Intrigued? Here’s everything you need to know about the new Xiaomi AI Glasses.
What’s special about the Xiaomi AI Glasses?
The new Xiaomi AI Glasses are sleek alternatives to Ray-Ban Meta glasses, but as you’d expect, they are limited to China, for now. The smart glasses boast the usual look but have a thicker frame to pack the tech inside.
The smart glasses are powered by the Snapdragon AR1 chipset, which is ready for AI tasks. The chip enables features like AI object recognition, AI translation, and performance with efficiency. Moreover, it has a smart load management feature that uses AI to keep performance smooth while saving battery.
Other than this, the smart glasses also boast five microphones, ensuring you can easily take calls and be crystal clear on them. They also have a 12MP camera for capturing videos. So that you don’t miss out on important memories.
Further, the smart glasses support Alipay for contactless payments using your voice. They pack a 263mAh silicon-carbon battery and are advertised to offer up to 21 hours of standby and seven hours of continuous music playback.
