LG Signature T is the world’s first wireless see-through OLED TV unveiled at CES 2024

CES invariably brings forth a slew of innovative products, but there’s always something right out of a sci-fi flick that steals the spotlight. Keeping up with this trend, LG took the wraps off the world’s first transparent, wireless OLED TV at CES 2024, indicating that the future may not be as far as it seems. Read on to know more.

LG Signature OLED T: Features to look out for

Bringing home a television often requires a great deal of research. Apart from the picture quality and the preferred dimensions, you’re probably going to want to see if it blends seamlessly within your decor. LG’s new addition aims to tackle this by introducing the first transparent TV known as the Signature OLED T, with ‘T’ denoting transparent.

The television is designed to give users a ‘meticulous living experience’ by allowing them to curate their home space tastefully. However, the 77-inch television is equipped with a contrast screen that ensures you enjoy quality content that is not compromised by the transparency factor.

Additionally, you can always raise the level to display the traditional ‘black’ screen once you’re done showing off this feature, as LG gives you a dual-view (opaque and transparent) option for your content.

LG uses its audio and video transmission technology that enables the Signature OLED T to stay wireless. It further uses LG’s Zero Connect Box for 4K that sends sounds and visuals to the TV. Further, LG Signature OLED T comes fired up with α (Alpha) 11 AI processor for improved graphics and processing speed.

Moreover, there’s always an Always On feature if you wish to use your TV for your digital gallery. And if that’s not quite your style, it comes with an info ticker, displays news updates, weather and song title options for you to flaunt once the TV is switched off. The Signature OLED T comes in stand-alone and wall-mount options, that you can choose based on preference.
