Among many peripherals, Logitech is also known for its wireless gaming headsets, which look minimal and suit the lifestyle of professional gamers. With its latest, the G522 Lightspeed, Logitech has delivered yet again.

The G522 isn’t a flashy piece of gadget to put on your head, but rather a minimalistic gaming headset that keeps the design low-key and offers standout features like tri-mode wireless, low latency, and most importantly, a comfortable fit.

If you are planning to get a gaming headset that enhances the aesthetics of your gaming setup while elevating your audio experience, read on to learn more about the Logitech G522 Lightspeed.

What's special about the Logitech G522 Lightspeed?

The Logitech G522 Lightspeed is a gaming headset with a redesigned chassis that’s slightly more durable than previous Lightspeed headsets. It has softer earpads made of dual-layer memory foam for comfortable gaming sessions.

The suspension-style headband ensures there’s minimal weight on your head. The headset weighs just 290 grams, which is said to be evenly distributed, again, adding to its comfort. Aesthetics aside, the gaming headset has Pro-G drivers that are optimised for spatial accuracy and immersive audio.

Adding to the latter is the support for 48 KHz/24-bit digital audio processing, which ensures clear reproduction of ambient sounds. The headset has a 48 KHz/16-bit microphone with BLUE VO!CE technology. The microphone is removable and has an LED mute indicator, hinting that you are safe to talk ill about your teammates.
