The iPhone 17, Apple’s most refined non-Pro iPhone in years, has received a dramatic price drop during the Croma Black Friday sale. Originally priced at Rs 82,900, the phone is now effectively available for just Rs 45,900, but only until November 30. Apple also claims “all-day battery life”, but in everyday terms, you get around 11-12 hours of usage under mixed conditions, which is pretty impressive. More importantly, the iPhone 17 finally supports 40W fast charging!

As for optics, the iPhone 17 features dual 48MP sensors (main + ultrawide) with excellent colour accuracy and detail. Low-light photography is clean, and Apple’s Photonic Engine continues to deliver well-balanced skin tones and natural colours. The only thing missing is a dedicated telephoto lens. If 3x/5x optical zoom is a priority, you should lean towards the iPhone 17 Pro.
