Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is launching soon in India

In October, Nothing unveiled the Phone (3a) Lite as its most affordable model in the (3a) series. A new teaser released by the company confirms that it will be “coming soon” to India. The official poster shared by the brand has also revealed its colour variants ahead of launch.

As seen in the teaser, the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite will be available in black and white shades. While the company has not disclosed its specifications for the Indian market, it is expected to be identical to the global version launched last month.

One of the major highlights of the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is its new Glyph Light unit, a notification LED that supports Flip to Glyph alerts and customisable light patterns. Despite being an entry-level offering in its series, it presents itself as a durable device, featuring Panda Glass panels on the front and back, along with an aluminium frame in between. The handset also offers an IP64-rated dust and water resistance.

On the front, the Phone (3a) Lite features a 6.77-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with up to 3,000nits of peak brightness and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.5 and is officially confirmed to receive three years of Android OS updates and six years of security patches.

Under the hood, the Phone (3a) Lite is powered by the Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. Globally, the device is available in two configurations, such as 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB, using LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.

For photography, the Phone (3a) Lite houses a 15MP front camera, while its rear panel carries a triple camera setup consisting of a 50MP (main) + 8MP (ultra-wide) + 2MP (macro) sensors. Other features include an in-screen fingerpint sensor, a single speaker, a microSD card slot, and an x-axis linear motor for enhanced haptics.

It supports all essential connectivity options such as dual SIM 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a USB-C port.

Nothing Phone (3a) Lite price in India (expected)

To recall, the Nothing Phone (3a) is priced at Rs 24,999 for its base variant. Considering that the upcoming Lite will be positioned below the 3a, it is likely to arrive with a starting price of around Rs 20,000.
