After weeks of teasers, OnePlus has officially confirmed that the OnePlus 13s will launch in India on June 5. Positioned as the latest addition to the OnePlus 13 Series, the 13s is built to deliver flagship-tier performance packed into a compact, one-hand-friendly form factor, along with a healthy dose of AI smarts.
What will OnePlus 13s bring along?
With bigger screens taking over the smartphone world, finding a phone that’s both powerful and petite in 2025 is like hunting for a stylish jacket with deep pockets. Technically possible, but increasingly rare.
That’s where the OnePlus 13s is rumoured to feel like a breath of fresh air. At just 8.15 mm thin and 185 grams, it’s clearly designed for one-handed ease. Add a 50:50 weight balance and curved 2.5D glass, and that’s the kind of design that won’t make your wrist ache mid-binge-scroll.
Inside, it’s just as smart. The Snapdragon 8 Elite platform is the same chip powering much larger, heat-prone flagships, so having it here, with a 4400 sq. mm Cryo-Velocity Vapour Chamber and even an external cooling layer, feels like fitting a MotoGP engine into a Vespa.
We have all tried playing games on a hot afternoon, and we have had our phones give up before we do. If OnePlus can truly deliver seven hours of stable gameplay, that’s going to be a game-changer, literally.
Then there’s the new “Plus Key”, which is a remixed Alert Slider that lets you toggle between sound profiles, access AI tools, or open your most-used apps. And as for the colours, we get Black Velvet, Pink Satin, and an India-exclusive Green Silk that nods to growth and renewal.

The OnePlus 13s is a reminder that innovation doesn’t always have to shout. It can fit in your palm, slip into your routine, and still change the way you experience your day.
