OnePlus has confirmed the launch of its upcoming compact flagship smartphone in India, dubbed the OnePlus 13s. The phone was recently unveiled in China as the OnePlus 13T, but it dons the ‘S’ series moniker in India, as confirmed by the brand.

The OnePlus 13s is the company’s first compact flagship phone with a diminutive 6.32-inch display and a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. Intrigued? Read on to know more about the upcoming OnePlus 13s.

OnePlus 13s: What we know so far

OnePlus has confirmed that the 13s will house the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a compact 6.32-inch display. The main proposition of the OnePlus 13s is uncompromised performance in a sleek and compact form factor. The phone promises strong performance, a host of AI capabilities, and smooth user experience with the latest OxygenOS software.

OnePlus has confirmed that the device will be available in two colourways in India – Black Velvet and Pink Satin. The teaser images show a metal frame and a customisable button that replaces the iconic alert slider. The company hasn’t confirmed any other details so far, but since the OnePlus 13T has launched in China, we have a good idea of the specifications and features you can expect on the 13s in India.

The OnePlus 13s will likely bring flagship features and specs at an accessible price point. The phone will have a 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset will be paired with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB internal storage. It will run OxygenOS 15 out of the box, and will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor, and an IP65 rating, making it durable for everyday use. The phone could come with an IP68 or IP69 rating in India, though.
