In a world where smartphones keep getting bigger, OnePlus is taking a bold step in the opposite direction. The upcoming OnePlus 13s aims to break the mould with a sleek, compact design that doesn’t compromise on flagship performance. the phone is confirmed to launch on June 5, 2025.

Teased via a selection of different channels, this pocket-friendly powerhouse could launch in India as early as the end of this month. While we wait for the official launch, here’s a roundup of everything known about the OnePlus 13s so far.

OnePlus 13S expected specifications

Visually, the OnePlus 13s is expected to be a departure from the likes of the OnePlus 13 and 13R, with its compact design, matte finish rear, and a square-shaped camera module.

The phone is slated to come with a flat-edge chassis, a 6.32-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution, and a central punch-hole selfie camera. Gone is the iconic alert slider; instead, the new ‘Plus Key’ makes its debut, expected to offer customisable shortcuts like camera launch, flashlight toggle, and silent mode.

Under the hood is rumoured to be a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, positioning it at the higher end of the mid-premium tier. Rumours further suggest it could be a rebranded version of the OnePlus 13T from China. If true, expect up to 12GB RAM, 512GB storage, and a large 6,260mAh battery with 90W fast charging.

Camera-wise, the OnePlus 13s might feature a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. A 16MP selfie camera is also on the cards. Other likely features include an IP65 rating, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15.

As for pricing, reports point at the OnePlus 13s being slotted between the 13 and 13R, with an estimated price tag of around Rs 46,000 in India. It’s a tempting proposition for those seeking flagship-grade specs in a more compact and stylish form factor.
