An upcoming OnePlus smartphone will reportedly get a dedicated game connectivity chipset

OnePlus is all set to launch its next premium smartphone, reportedly called the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro. Among the highlights of this upcoming smartphone will be an e-sports Wi-Fi G1 chip, which is claimed to improve gaming connectivity. With a dedicated gaming chip, OnePlus is targeting the Ace 5 Pro towards e-sports gamers.

The Wi-Fi G1 chipset in the upcoming OnePlus Ace 5 Pro will be the first such chipset in mobile phones. As per reports, the chipset is designed to offer better network stability and performance while playing competitive games.

This is especially useful for e-sports gamers who need a stable network to play. According to OnePlus, with the chipset’s e-sports antenna system and a dedicated game cloud network, e-sports gamers can experience a smooth and lag-free gaming performance.
