The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z3 are coming, and they might just make neckbands cool again

In a sea of truly wireless earbuds, OnePlus is bringing back an underrated classic, and giving it a fresh twist. The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z3, a pair of neckband-style earphones, are set to launch in India on June 19.

If you’ve been missing the no-nonsense convenience of neckbands, this might be your sign to go back. Here’s everything we know about the upcoming OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z3.

OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z3: Everything you need to know

The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z3s are a follow-up to the Bullets Wireless Z2 from 2022, and they’re stepping things up on all fronts. You’re getting up to 36 hours of playback on a single charge, or a solid 21 hours of talk time, making them ideal for long days, back-to-back meetings, or just forgetting to charge them for a while.

And if you do run out of juice? A 10-minute charge now gets you 27 hours of playback, a noticeable jump from the 20 hours offered by the Z2.

OnePlus is also teasing “immersive bass” and AI-enhanced clarity, which suggests improved tuning and maybe even a smarter audio profile. While the proof will be in the listening, the Z-series has generally impressed when it comes to sound quality for the price.

Visually, the Z3 sticks to a familiar neckband design – lightweight, practical, and gym-friendly. Expect features like Quick Switch, magnetic control, volume and track buttons, voice assistant support, and an IP55 rating for water and dust resistance. It’s all the stuff you need, none of the fluff.

OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z3: Pricing and availability

Adding a bit of personality to the mix are the two new colourways – Samba Sunset (likely a vibrant orange) and Mambo Midnight (probably your classic black). The expected price? Possibly around Rs 2,000, making it a solid option for budget-conscious users who still care about audio.

The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z3 will go on sale through e-commerce platforms, OnePlus.in, the OnePlus Store App, OnePlus Exclusive Stores, and retail partners. They’re set to arrive in India on June 19. The Wireless Z3 will bring old-school form with modern perks, and that might just be what the market needs.
