OnePlus is back in the news, and this time for the Nord 6. The Nord 6 will succeed the Nord 5, and it’s expected to be one of its most sold phones, given that fact that its budget phones are the most popular ones.
This time around, OnePlus will offer a combination of a big battery and fast charging, and the latest TUV certification hints just that. If you are a OnePlus fan or planning to get the upcoming Nord 5, here’s all you need to know.
OnePlus Nord 6 to feature big battery, fast charging
The OnePlus Nord 6 has hit TUV, and the certification confirms the phone’s fast charging speeds. The device will get a fast 80W fast charging support, which, although quite fast, is the same as the existing Nord 5.
A previous report suggested that the device may come with a large battery. Some reports claim that the Nord 6 will be a rebadged version of the China-exclusive OnePlus Ace 6. Having said that, it may come with a large 7,800mAh battery.
Apart from this, the Nord 6 may also come with a powerful Snapdragon 8 series processor. Also, expect it to have up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of internal storage.

Separately, a tipster hinted at the possible launch timeline of the phone. The OnePlus Nord 6 is said to launch in the first quarter of 2026, which is a major shift from the mid-year launch timeline.
For those unaware, the Nord 4 and the Nord 5 both arrived in July 2024 and July 2025, respectively. The Nord 6’s early release may help it earn more buyers. But that remains to be seen. Based on the above features, what do you think about the Nord 6? Let us know in the comments below.
