OnePlus Nord Buds 3r, with a whopping 54-hour battery life, now available to buy

OnePlus has officially started selling its new Nord Buds 3r true wireless earbuds in India. The company is rolling these out with an introductory price of Rs 1,599, knocking a bit off the standard Rs 1,799 price tag. Keen shoppers can even snag them for Rs 1,499 by using specific bank discounts during the launch window.

Loaded with features despite the low price

The headline feature is the battery life. OnePlus claims the Nord Buds 3r deliver a whopping 54 hours of total playtime when combined with the charging case. To back up this claim, the battery has received TÜV Rheinland certification for reliable performance even after completing 1,000 charge cycles.

Moreover, an IP55 rating provides resistance against dust and water, making them suitable for workouts or getting caught in bad weather.

Under the hood, the earbuds utilise large 12.4mm titanium-coated dynamic drivers, engineered to produce strong bass without sacrificing clarity in the highs. Audio customisation is handled by the Sound Master EQ, which offers three distinct presets alongside a manual 6-band equaliser for users who prefer to fine-tune their sound profile.

For listeners with compatible OnePlus devices, the inclusion of OnePlus 3D Audio aims to create a more immersive, spatial sound experience. Call quality is supported by dual microphones paired with AI noise cancellation and anti-wind technology to keep voices clear during calls.

Connectivity and smart features round out the package. The Nord Buds 3r use Bluetooth 5.4 for stable connections and feature Google Fast Pair for quick setup on Android devices. A key premium feature included here is dual-device connection, which allows seamless switching between a phone and a laptop. Mobile gamers will appreciate the dedicated 47ms low-latency mode.

Finally, OnePlus also added practical touches like Aqua Touch controls for use with wet hands, a “Find My Earbuds” function, and even perks like AI Translation and Tap 2 Take photo integration. The earbuds are available in Aura Blue and Ash Black.
