Oppo is gearing up to launch its Find X series of flagships, and reports suggest that they will offer exciting upgrades. Likely called the Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, the duo will offer a blend of a large battery and speedy performance. Here’s all you need to know.
Everything we know so far about the Oppo Find X9
The Oppo Find X9 and X9 Pro will be premium phones, offering premium features. Starting with the battery, the product manager, Zhou Yibao, revealed that the X9 will pack a large 7,025mAh battery, while the X9 Pro will house a larger 7,500mAh cell. This is a big upgrade over the predecessor X8 Pro’s 5,910mAh battery.
For performance, the X9 may rely on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. It’s unclear whether the Pro model will go with Snapdragon or rely on the same Dimensity chip as the vanilla model. With more power, expect an improved thermal system for cooling down the phones during intense sessions.
The Find X9 is expected to get a 6.59-inch display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. The X9 Pro could get a larger screen with the same resolution and refresh rate. The series may boot on the latest Android 16 operating system with ColorOS 16 on top.
