Poco C85 is a new budget phone with a massive 6.9-inch screen

Poco has officially announced its newest budget smartphone, the C85. The phone aims to cover all the essentials without breaking the bank, though perhaps its biggest highlight is that massive screen. Read on to learn more.

Poco C85: Specs and features

Under the hood, the C85 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra chipset built on a 12nm process. It comes in two configurations, one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and the other with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of space.

Again, the main event is a huge 6.9-inch LCD screen that boasts 120Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate. The panel is also TÜV Rheinland certified for eye care.

Another big selling point is its gigantic 6,000mAh battery, which can juice up at 33W. Poco claims the phone can deliver up to 82 hours of continuous music playback. 10W reverse wired charging is also supported.

When it does, expect it to carry a starting price tag of around Rs 9,000 – going by Poco’s usual pricing strategy for a phone with such specs.
