Entry-level smartphones usually don’t pack the required punch. They mostly have something or the other missing. Sometimes it’s the display, while other times it’s the operating system or the battery. The latest smartphone from Realme, however, aims to balance everything.
The new Realme C71 4G comes with one of the largest batteries in the segment and has a smooth display. It also comes with the latest Android operating system. Here’s everything you need to know about the phone.

The Realme C71 4G has a modest design, one that’s quite common in budget phones. But it’s not the design that makes the phone stand out. It’s the specs sheet. The smartphone sports a 6.74-inch display with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. It has a 90Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and gaming.
The device is equipped with a dual-rear camera system with a 13MP Omnivision OV13B sensor that has a f/2.2 aperture. Interestingly, the device gets a circular LED flash unit, which Realme calls the Pulse Light. On the front, there’s a 5MP camera for selfies. The device further supports HD video recording from both cameras.
It also comes with a bunch of AI features, like AI Eraser and AI Clear Face. Given the price of the phone, there’s nothing fancy for performance. It packs the Unisoc T7250 chipset, which is an affordable SoC based on the 12nm fabrication process. The device packs a large 6,300mAh battery with support for 15W wired charging.

Other features of the phone include MIL-STD-810H certification, IP54 rating, and 4G connectivity. It also has Bluetooth 5.2 and GPS, as some of the other connectivity options. The device runs on Android 15 out of the box with Realme UI 6 on top.
The Realme C71 4G is priced at Rs 7,699 for the 4GB + 64GB variant and Rs 8,699 for the 6GB + 128GB variant. It can be purchased in Obsidian Black and Sea Blue colour options.
