Alright, it’s clear that smartphone makers now have access to the new silicon-carbon battery technology, and they are all using it for their premium phones. Silicon-carbon batteries can hold more charge while staying about the same size as lithium-ion batteries, hence most new phones lately feature big batteries.
But how big is too big? Well, RedMagic, a popular smartphone brand in China, has announced a phone with a battery twice the size of average phones. The RedMagic 10S Pro series packs a battery so big that it’s like carrying two phones, but without the extra weight. Intrigued? Here’s everything you need to know.
RedMagic 10S Pro key features, price, and availability
The RedMagic 10S Pro series comprises of the 10S Pro and the 10S Pro+, both are exclusively available in China as of yet. They have an aggressive design, featuring a boxy look and a tall form factor.
