Samsung has launched a few new gaming monitors in India under its Odyssey series. This includes the new Odyssey G9 G95SC, India’s first Dual QHD OLED curved gaming monitor. Its highlights include a 32:9 aspect ratio, a unique 5210×1440 pixels resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, and more. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Samsung gaming monitor. 

Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 monitor features

The Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 G95SC is a 49-inch super ultra-wide, curved gaming monitor that comes with a Dual QHD resolution. That is a pixel density akin to two QHD screens placed next to each other, ensuring no loss of resolution and detail during your immersive gaming sessions.

The Odyssey G9 G95SC also comes with a wide 32:9 aspect ratio, which can change how you experience supported games. The high resolution and curvature allow gamers to be immersed into the virtual world of whatever game they are in.  

Additionally, the monitor is powered by Samsung’s Neo Quantum Processor Pro and comes with up to 250nits brightness. This is paired with a 240Hz refresh rate and gamers will also appreciate the low 0.03ms response time. The monitor also supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA Adaptive Sync, while its CoreSync and CoreLighting+ support can light up your gaming setup beyond the monitor.  

The Odyssey G9 G95SC comes with one DisplayPort, one HDMI 2.1 port, one Micro HDMI 2.1 and a USB Hub. This is coupled with dual 5W built-in speakers. Lastly the monitor also comes with USB Type-C charging.

Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 monitor price

The Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 G95SC gaming monitor has launched at Rs 1,99,999 and comes in a single, silver metal colour. Apart from the top end Odyssey G95SC model, Samsung has also announced the G93SC and the G85SB gaming monitors in the same series.
