Upcoming phones in June 2025: OnePlus, Vivo, Poco, and Infinix light up the scene

If your aging phone is gasping for its last breath, don’t reach for your wallet just yet. June 2025 is shaping up to be a veritable phone fiesta, with big names like OnePlus, Vivo, and Poco lining up launches that promise everything from pocket-sized flagships to gaming beasts.

But will these next-gen slabs actually stand out or just blend into the ever-growing sea of 120Hz OLEDs and oversized builds? Here’s what’s dropping, and what you should keep an eye on.

Upcoming phones in June 2025

Here are the upcoming phones that are expected to launch in June 2025:

– OnePlus 13s
– Infinix GT 30 Pro
– Vivo T4 Ultra
– Poco F7
– OnePlus Nord CE5

OnePlus 13s

Remember when phones fit in your hand? The OnePlus 13s, landing on June 5, is throwing it back with a 6.32-inch form factor, and it’s powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the same chip as its big brother, the OnePlus 13.

It’s not just about size. OnePlus is swapping out the iconic alert slider for a new ‘Plus key’, their take on Apple’s Action Button. Additionally, AI Plus Mind (yes, it’s a mouthful) aims to assist you in saving, organising, and recalling information on your screen. If you’re looking for a compact flagship with a touch of AI magic, this one’s for you.

Infinix GT 30 Pro

If your phone’s idea of a ‘gaming’ phone is one that doesn’t overheat during a Clash Royale session, the Infinix GT 30 Pro is here to flex. Set to drop on June 3, this phone isn’t just a spec sheet, it’s an RGB-lit mecha in your pocket. The Blade White version pulses with white lighting, while the Dark Flare variant goes full cyberpunk with RGB strips.

Oh, and it packs shoulder triggers, a Dimensity 8350 chip, and what Infinix is calling a ‘Cyber Mecha Design’. Translation – it wants to be the cool kid at the gaming table. If you want a flashy gaming phone on a budget, this one might just level up your mobile fragging sessions.

Vivo T4 Ultra

The Vivo T4 Ultra is gunning for the crown in the ‘absurd zoom’ category with its 100x periscope telephoto lens. Slated for early June, this phone reportedly packs a 6.67-inch pOLED 120Hz display, Dimensity 9300 chip, and a camera array that’s basically a telescope.

You’ve got the likes of a 50MP IMX921 primary sensor, a 50MP periscope, and a 90W charging setup for those mid-safari recharges. The zoom might be overkill for normal humans, but for shutterbugs and wannabe astrophotographers, it’s tempting.

Poco F7

Initially teased for May but now landing in June, the Poco F7 might just be the battery champ of this lineup. It’s expected to pack a 7,550mAh monster battery with 90W wired fast charging, a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, and LPDDR5X RAM + UFS 4.0 storage.

Cameras? Expect a 50MP primary with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 20MP selfie shooter for your Instagram game. If performance is your number one priority and you want solid battery life, the Poco F7 could be your go-to. But will the camera setup wow you? TBD.

OnePlus Nord CE 5

The OnePlus Nord CE 5, already BIS-certified for India, is expected to arrive in June with a 6.78-inch FHD+ OLED 120Hz display, a MediaTek Dimensity 8350, and a 7,100mAh battery. Its camera setup includes a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens.

The Nord CE series has always been OnePlus’ mid-range play, but with these specs, it’s nudging dangerously close to the flagship zone. Solid value for money, but will it feel like a flagship killer or just a feature-stuffed mid-ranger?
