Vivo also announced the X200S alongside the Ultra in China which houses a MediaTek chipset and comes with a more affordable price tag. Let’s learn more about Vivo’s latest camera champs.

Vivo X200 Ultra: Specifications and features

Let’s get the other specs out of the way before we focus on the star of the show – the camera. The Vivo X200 Ultra houses a large 6.82-inch display that’s kitted out with every flagship spec you could dream of. It is a QHD+ LTPO AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, and a P3 wide colour gamut.

The X200 Ultra is powered by the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which is paired with an Adreno GPU for smooth and sustained performance. It gets up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM (the fastest RAM type so far), and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 internal storage. The phone comes with Android 15-based OriginOS.

It houses a large 6,000mAh silicon carbon battery with 90W fast charging, and 40W cord-free charging. For gamers, there’s bypass charging support too!

Coming to the most important bit – the cameras – the Vivo X200 Ultra goes out all with a powerhouse of a triple camera setup including a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide shooter, and the new and improved 200MP floating periscope telephoto lens, which has the industry’s highest light intake in its class, making it a dominant low-light performer.

Other features include an IP68/IP69 rating, Hi-Res audio, Wi-Fi 7, and an in-display optical fingerprint sensor.

Vivo X200s: Specifications and features

The Vivo X200s is no slouch when it comes to hardware too. You get a 6.67-inch FHD+ BOE display with 120Hz refresh rate and P3 wide colour gamut. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset which is paired with an Immortalis-G925 GPU.

It also comes with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage, so Vivo hasn’t cut corners here. On the software front, it comes with Android 15 with OriginOS on top.
