Vivo has announced the Vivo X200T as its first flagship phone of the year. The phone joins the existing Vivo X200 lineup, which already includes three models: the X200, X200 Pro, and X200 FE. The new device carries the X-series DNA by featuring a powerful Dimensity 9-series chip paired with top-tier cameras. Here’s everything you need to know about the X200T.
Vivo X200T: Specs and features
Starting with the display, the Vivo X200T features a 6.67-inch OLED panel delivering a 1.5K resolution and a crisp 120Hz refresh rate. It also offers a peak brightness of 5,000 nits and supports an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor for security.
The phone ships with OriginOS 6-based Android 16 and is confirmed to receive five years of Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates. On the front, it houses a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The X200T’s rear camera setup includes a Sony IMX921 50MP main camera with OIS support. It is assisted by a Samsung JN1 50MP ultra-wide lens and a Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS support.
Under the hood, the Vivo X200T is powered by the Dimensity 9400 Plus chip, which promises smooth performance even during intensive tasks. The chipset is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.
There is a large 6,200mAh battery inside, which supports 90W wired charging, 40W wireless charging, and bypass charging. The phone also offers other features such as dual speakers, an IR blaster, an X-axis linear motor, and an IP68/69-rated dustproof and water-resistant chassis.
