Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Fryer 6.5L: Know all the key features
The Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Fryer comes with a 6.5-litre capacity, making it suitable for family-sized meals. It supports a wide temperature range from 40°C to 230°C, allowing it to handle everything from low-temperature drying to high-heat roasting.
The air fryer comes with a high-power infrared heating system that helps reduce cooking time while maintaining even heat distribution. A notable addition is the moisture-based roasting mode, which creates a fine mist layer over food to retain juiciness during cooking.
There is also a dedicated fat-reduction mode that increases oil extraction at high temperatures, aiming to make meals healthier without affecting taste. The appliance features a three-dimensional hot air circulation system, eliminating the need to flip food midway.
The fryer includes a built-in LCD display for controls, along with support for app connectivity and voice commands via Xiaomi’s ecosystem. Users can access over 60 pre-set recipes and schedule cooking up to 24 hours in advance. It also supports automatic keep-warm functionality for up to 30 minutes, making it convenient for delayed meals.
Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Fryer 6.5L: Price and availability
The Mijia Smart Air Fryer 6.5L has been launched in China at a price of CNY 399, which is roughly around Rs 4,600. It is currently available via Xiaomi’s official channels in the Chinese market.
There is no confirmation yet regarding its availability in India. However, considering Xiaomi reportedly plans to expand its home appliance lineup in the country, it remains to be seen whether the product will arrive in the near future.
