Xiaomi has announced a new air conditioner in China, and it’s a device you may want to add to your Xiaomi ecosystem. The all-new Xiaomi Mijia standing air conditioner is a standing AC with a bunch of features, including the ability to throw warm air, acting as a heater in winter.

All about the Xiaomi Mijia standing air conditioner
As the name suggests, it’s a standing air conditioner that will sit quietly in one corner of your room. It has a tall form factor, ensuring an efficient air flow. The air conditioner has a fast cooling feature and is advertised to deliver up to 1,752m3/h airflow.
The air conditioner features a 181mm air outlet and boasts a 115-degree wide swing angle. It has a 13-metre throw distance, ensuring efficient cooling even in a large room, including an L-shaped living room.
What’s interesting about the Mijia standing air conditioner is that it’s also a heater, with the capability to throw warm air. Just what you need in the winter. The air conditioner supports HyperOS Connect, making it convenient for Xiaomi ecosystem users to control it.

Now, coming to the pricing, the Xiaomi Mijia standing air conditioner costs about CNY 4,999 (about Rs 59,300). It is already available for purchase in China. It’s unclear if Xiaomi plans to launch it anytime soon in India.
