What’s special about the Amazfit Helio Strap?

The Amazfit Helio Strap is a sleek wearable that wraps around your wrist to track all your health progress. It has over 27 workout modes, including running, cycling, strength training, HIIT yoga, and more. All these workouts can be accessed on your Android or iPhone via the Zepp App.

The fitness tracker also has several health monitoring features. This includes continuous heart rate monitoring, cardiovascular health monitoring, SpO2 tracking, and stress level monitoring. It also offers recovery status.

The fitness tracker comes with different workout modes and can track sets and reps. For those who want to go all out, there are different strength training modes. One of them is the HYROX Race mode. The fitness tracker also offers BioCharge Score for personalised monitoring.

Those who love seeing their progress on a dedicated display can go with the new Amazfit Balance 2 GPS smartwatch. It has a 1.5-inch display, a 10 ATM water resistance rating, and is advertised to offer up to 21 days of battery life.

The smartwatch has 170 sports modes and features GPS support. It also offers nap and sleep tracking alongside heart rate and stress tracking. The Balance 2 GPS will set you back by $300 (around Rs 25,800).
