A single-lens mode is also available, allowing standard 4K video at 60fps for more traditional framing. The drone runs on DJI’s O4+ transmission system, offering a live feed at 1080p and 60fps with a claimed range of up to 20km.

Safety features include omnidirectional obstacle sensing, propeller guards, and improved low-light detection for night flying. Flight time is rated at up to 23 minutes. On the software side, the drone supports features like ActiveTrack 360, Spotlight Free, and intelligent subject tracking.

The 360 capture allows users to reframe shots later, supported by tools such as GyroFrame and a virtual gimbal for flexible camera movements. Internal storage stands at 42GB, with Wi-Fi 6 enabling fast file transfers.

DJI Avata 360: Price and availability

The DJI Avata 360 is currently available for pre-order globally, with shipping expected to begin in April 2026. The base drone is priced at $409 (~Rs 38,500), while bundles with controllers and accessories go up to $829 (~Rs 78,000). At the moment, there’s no clarity whether it will be heading to the Indian market.

Different configurations include options with DJI RC 2 and motion controllers, catering to both traditional pilots and those seeking a more immersive FPV experience.
