Dreame L40 Ultra AE, D20 Ultra robot vacuums launched in India with self-cleaning docks

Dreame has introduced two new robotic vacuum cleaners in India. The newly announced Dreame L40 Ultra AE and Dreame D20 Ultra are designed to simplify home cleaning with automated vacuuming and mopping functions.

Both models include smart navigation and obstacle detection systems that allow them to clean across different floor surfaces with minimal manual effort.

Dreame L40 Ultra AE key features, specs

The Dreame L40 Ultra AE is positioned as the more advanced model in the lineup. It features Dreame’s Vormax suction system capable of delivering up to 19,000Pa suction power through the company’s TurboForce motor.

The vacuum includes the TriCut Brush 3.0 system, which helps collect dust, debris and hair while preventing tangling, making it suitable for homes with pets.

The device also includes MopExtend and RoboSwing technologies that help the robotic cleaner reach narrow spaces, edges and corners. Its intelligent navigation system with 3DAdapt obstacle avoidance allows the vacuum to detect furniture and other objects while mapping the home for efficient cleaning routes.

The model is powered by a 5,200mAh battery that delivers up to around 180 minutes of runtime. It also comes with a multifunctional PowerDock that can automatically empty dust, refill water, clean the mop with hot water at 75°C and dry it after use.

Dreame D20 Ultra key features, specs

The Dreame D20 Ultra is the more affordable option but still offers several advanced cleaning capabilities. It delivers suction power of up to 13,000Pa and combines vacuuming and mopping through the DuoScrub system that uses dual rotary mops to remove stains and dirt from floors. The robot also supports ultrasonic carpet detection, which increases suction on carpets and lifts the mop to prevent moisture from affecting carpet surfaces.

The D20 Ultra features Pathfinder smart navigation with 3DAdapt obstacle avoidance to map rooms and avoid obstacles during cleaning. It also includes a 5,200mAh battery that can deliver up to 250 minutes of runtime. The model supports up to 100 days of hands-free dust collection with its large 3.2L dust bag.

Dreame L40 Ultra AE, Dreame D20 Ultra prices in India and availability

The Dreame L40 Ultra AE is priced at Rs 59,999 in India, while the Dreame D20 Ultra is available at Rs 39,999. Both robotic vacuum cleaners are available starting March 18 through select Croma retail stores across the country.
