Dreame Technology has officially launched its offline presence in India by partnering with Croma. Known globally for its sleek, intelligent home cleaning and grooming devices, Dreame is now stepping off the screen and into real-world aisles; letting Indian consumers see, touch, and test its innovations up close.
This marks a strategic shift for Dreame signalling its long-term commitment to the Indian market. From July 15, customers can walk into select Croma stores across 20+ cities, including metros and tier-1 and tier-2 locations, to interact with Dreame’s high-performance robotic vacuums, cordless stick vacuums, wet-and-dry machines, and personal grooming products.
Step inside the Dreame Zone at Croma
Each participating Croma outlet will feature a dedicated “Dreame Zone”, designed for immersive experiences that go beyond the box. Whether you’re checking suction power on a robot vacuum or feeling the balance of a cordless cleaner, these in-store spaces promise to demystify Dreame’s technology and make premium cleaning more tangible and accessible.

“India is one of the most exciting markets for us globally”, said Manu Sharma, Managing Director, Dreame India. “Our partnership with Croma is a significant milestone in Dreame’s journey in India. For the first time, customers can walk into stores and experience our products up close – understanding their features, design, and performance in a real-world setting.
“This offline presence is not just about increasing awareness – it’s about building trust, fostering interaction, and ensuring that Indian consumers have every opportunity to discover how Dreame can enhance their daily lives through intelligent innovation”, Sharma stated.
Dreame’s lineup of products is quite impressive, and the brand recently launched the Dreame F10 robotic vacuum cleaner with 13,000 Pa of suction power at Rs 21,999. Products like these will now have a retail home at Croma.
Bridging the phygital gap
Dreame’s expansion into offline retail taps into a growing appetite among Indian consumers for design-forward, high-tech home appliances that deliver actual, everyday value.
It’s also a nod to India’s phygital reality, where consumers discover online but still want to experience products IRL before taking the plunge. The move also reflects a larger trend of premium tech brands leaning into hybrid discovery-to-purchase journeys.
Dreame x Croma: Introductory offers you need to know about
Dreame is making its offline debut even more attractive with introductory offers and in-store demos running from July 15–20. These include up to 10 per cent additional discounts on select credit card purchases (IDFC, Amex, HSBC, Bank of Baroda), no Cost EMI options on select models, and in-store demos and staff-led walkthroughs for first-time buyers.
To support its retail expansion, Dreame is also doubling down on after-sales service with a toll-free customer helpline, pickup and drop assistance, on-site installation, 2-year warranty on grooming products, and 1-year warranty on cleaning devices.
With its powerful blend of performance, aesthetics, and intelligent design, Dreame products are no longer just a digital wishlist item, they’re something you can walk into a store, experience first-hand, and bring home with confidence.
