Google Pixel 10a Isai Blue limited edition arrives with a new shade, customised themes

The Google Pixel 10a debuted in February this year in Lavender, Berry, Fog, and Obsidian Colors. Now the search giant is introducing a limited edition variant of the device to commemorate 10 years of Google Pixel phones. It is created in collaboration with an experimental music label. The limited edition offering comes in a new paint job along with exclusive wallpapers and icons.

Google Pixel 10a Isai Blue: what's new

The Google Pixel 10a is released in an Isai Blue variant in only the Japan market. It has a Dark Blue paintjob compared to the pastel shades on the regular variant. Google worked with Heralbony, which focuses on sounds made by people with disabilities. 

The Pixel 10a Isai Blue color option comes with special Material You customizations, including themed wallpapers and icon packs created by artists like Shigaku Mizukami, Midori Kudo, and Kaoru Iga. The device ships in a customized box with a bumper case that matches its colour. It also includes a set of stickers designed by artist Nozomi Fujita along with custom letters and motifs inspired by Google Pixel.

The Pixel 10a Isai Blue Edition carries a price tag of 94,900 Yen (approx Rs 55,605) for the single 256GB model. It is up for pre-orders with sales starting May 20 in Japan.

The core specifications of the Google Pixel 10a Isai Blue Edition remain the same as the standard variants. It has a 6.3-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The device is powered by a Tensor G4 chipset under the hood, paired with 8GB of RAM. There is a 48MP primary sensor coupled with 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 13MP front-facing selfie snapper. The smartphone is backed by a 5,100mAh battery cell with support for 30W wired and 10W wireless charging.
