Apple launched the iPhone 17e, and it is the fifth addition to the iPhone 17 lineup. Notably, the newest device is the also the most affordable option among the latest generation of iPhones. It also happens to be slightly cheaper compared to last year’s iPhone 16e.
iPhone 17e price in India
The iPhone 17e costs Rs 64,900 for the base 256GB storage option. The 512GB variant is priced at Rs 84,900. This is compared to Rs 69,900 and Rs 89,900 for the same configurations of the predecessor model.
In comparison, prices for the iPhone 17 start at Rs 82,900 for the 256GB storage variant. This is Rs 18,000 more than the newly announced iPhone 17e.

The phone is offered in White, Black, and Soft Pink colours. Interested buyers can trade in their old smartphone to reduce the purchase price of the iPhone 17e.
The iPhone 17e is up for pre-orders starting 7:45 PM on March 4. It will begin shipping from March 11. The phone can be purchased from Apple’s official website, major online platforms, and authorised retailers across the country.
What’s new on the iPhone 17e?
The iPhone 17e comes with double the storage i.e. 256GB as Apple has phased out the 128GB base variant. The smartphone is powered by an A19 chipset that is capable of playing AAA gaming titles. There’s also Apple’s C1X model for faster connectivity.
The Cupertino-based tech giant has also added support for MagSafe wireless charging in addition to the existing Qi support. The display is also layered with Ceramic Shield 2 that offers enhanced scratch resistance that its predecessor.
