Lava has unveiled the Blaze Duo 3 in India with a distinctive feature that sets it apart in its segment. It is currently the only smartphone in its price range to offer an additional rear display.
Priced under Rs 20,000, the handset brings several appealing features, including a 120Hz AMOLED display, a clean Android user interface, and capable cameras. Here’s a detailed look at everything the new Lava Blaze Duo 3 has to offer.
Lava Blaze Duo 3: Specs and features
The Lava Blaze Duo 3 stands out with its dual AMOLED display setup, a feature that remains rare at any price point in India. On the front, it features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering smoother scrolling and an improved viewing experience for videos and gaming.
On the back, the phone includes a 1.6-inch AMOLED secondary screen positioned next to the camera module. This rear display supports quick-glance functions such as notifications, music controls, and selfie previews.
Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7060 chipset, paired with 6GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Lava also offers virtual RAM support to aid multitasking. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
In terms of photography, the Blaze Duo 3 is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX752 rear camera, while an 8MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. The secondary rear display allows users to frame selfies using the primary camera sensor.
On the software front, the device runs Android 15 and is confirmed to receive an update to Android 16, along with two years of security updates, ensuring a clutter-free and clean experience. Additional features include stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, IP64-rated dust and water resistance, and a slim 7.55mm profile.

In India, the Lava Blaze Duo 3 is priced at Rs 16,999 for the single 6GB+128GB variant and is available via Amazon. Colour options include Moonlight Black and Imperial Gold.
