Lenovo has updated its Legion lineup of tablets by introducing the latest Lenovo Legion Tab Y700 in China. The 2025 edition brings a couple of upgrades, including a crisp screen and an even powerful Snapdragon chipset. If you are looking for a performance-centric tablet, read on to know more about the Legion Tab Y700.

Lenovo Legion Tab Y700 key features

The new Legion Tab Y700 sports an 8.8-inch LCD display with a 3K resolution. It has a 165Hz refresh rate support for gaming and smoother scrolling. The tablet draws power from the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which is an upgrade over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 on the predecessor.

For cooling, there’s a large VC stereo three-channel liquid cooling solution. It also has a VC 7-layer composite cooling system. These ensure that the tablet stays cool even during heavy usage.

There’s 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. One of the highlights of the tablet is that you can convert it into a gaming console by using the G9 game controller attachment.

The controller attachment has optical ABXY keys and features haptics for an enhanced gaming experience. As for battery, the tablet houses a 7,600mAh battery with 68W fast charging support. It runs Android 15 OS with ZUI 16 on top.

Lenovo Legion Tab Y700 price and availability

Coming to the price, the Legion Tab Y700 (2025) starts at CNY 3,299 (about Rs 39,100). It will be available for purchase from May 31 in China. It’s unclear if Lenovo plans to launch the tablet in India.
