Motorola Razr 70 Ultra CAD renders have emerged, giving a look at its design for the first time. The renders, shared by XpertPick in collaboration with reliable tipster OnLeaks, suggest that its design will be almost the same as the Razr 60 Ultra from last year. However, it does hint at a major change that Razr phones could be waiting for.
Motorola Razr 70 Ultra images leaked
The above image showcases the Motorola Razr 70 Ultra’s design, which reveals a 7-inch display on the inside and a 4-inch screen on the outside. The secondary display is flanked by horizontally arranged dual cameras and an LED flash.
The leak also reveals that the Razr 70 Ultra will measure 171.3 x 74.1 x 7.8mm in the unfolded state and 88.0 x 74.1 x 15.8mm in the folded state. This means the thickness of the device has increased by 0.6mm, particularly when the device is held in the unfolded state, as compared to the Razr 60 Ultra.
The Razr-branded flip phones have always been known for their slim design, and the increase of 0.6mm on the Razr 70 Ultra may not really add noticeable heft. The Razr 60 Ultra came with a 4,700mAh battery, and the increase in thickness suggests it could pack a bigger battery, possibly closer to a 5,000mAh capacity.
At present, there is no information about the Razr 70 Ultra’s core specifications. However, it is likely that it may only see improvements in a few areas like the chipset and battery. Reports suggest that the same device could be rebranded as the Razr Ultra 2026.
Motorola Razr 70 specs (rumoured)
Meanwhile, the specifications of the Razr 70 have already been revealed through its TENAA certification in China earlier this month. The listing suggests that it will feature a 6.9-inch OLED main display and a 3.63-inch cover screen. It will likely include a new dual 50MP camera system on the back, potentially replacing the old ultrawide lens with a 3x telephoto sensor.
Under the hood, a mystery octa-core 2.75GHz processor is rumoured to be paired with memory options ranging from 8GB up to 18GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. Rounding out the specifications are a 4,500mAh battery with 33W charging and a sleek 7.2mm thin chassis.
Likely, the Razr 70 series will debut in China by April 2026.
