Oppo Pad Air 5 key features, specs
The Oppo Pad Air 5 arrives with a 12.1-inch LCD panel featuring a reader-friendly 7:5 aspect ratio. It supports a sharp 2.8K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 900 nits. The device ships with a tablet-optimised version of Android 16-based ColorOS 16.
The Pad Air 5 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra chipset, which not only delivers smooth performance but also enables 5G connectivity. The device is offered with 8GB or 12GB of RAM, 128GB or 256GB of internal storage, and a massive 10,050mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
For video calls and photography, the Oppo Pad Air 5 features an 8MP front camera, while the rear panel houses an 8MP camera that supports 1080p video recording at 30fps. On the connectivity front, the tablet includes 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and GPS. It measures just 6.83mm in thickness and weighs around 599 grams.
Oppo Pad Air 5 price and availability
The Oppo Pad Air 5 is available in 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB configurations. Prices start at 1,899 CNY (~Rs 24,250). It is offered in colour options such as Starlight Powder, Starlight Pink, and Space Grey. Notably, only the Space Grey variant supports 5G connectivity.

The Oppo Pad Air 5 is currently limited to the Chinese market. In India and select global markets, the same device is expected to be rebranded as the OnePlus Pad Go 2.
