Oppo has quietly unveiled the Reno 15 series in Taiwan. The lineup includes three models: the Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro, and Reno 15 Pro Max. The Pro Max variant stands out as a compact phone featuring a 6.32-inch display and 200MP triple cameras. Here is a closer look at what the Reno 15 series offers.

Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max: Specs and features

The Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max features a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel. Meanwhile, the Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro are equipped with 6.59-inch and 6.32-inch AMOLED panels, respectively.

All three phones support a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of up to 1,800 nits in HBM mode (1,200 nits on the Reno 15). While the Reno 15 Pro Max is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2, the other two models use Gorilla Glass 7i for display protection.

On the rear, the Reno 15 Pro Max and Reno 15 Pro sport a 200MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS. For selfies, both devices are equipped with a 50MP front camera.

The Reno 15 features a 50MP selfie camera and a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera. All cameras across the series support autofocus, while the primary and front cameras can record up to 4K video at 60fps.

Under the hood, the Reno 15 Pro series is powered by the Dimensity 8450 chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The Reno 15 Pro Max packs a 6,500mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging support, whereas the Reno 15 Pro houses a 6,200mAh battery with 80W wired charging.

The Reno 15 runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and also features LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and a 6,500mAh battery with 80W charging. Across the lineup, users get dual speakers, an in-display fingerprint scanner, ColorOS 16-based Android 16, eSIM support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, a USB-C port, and an IP68/69 rating.

In Taiwan, the Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max is priced at NTD 24,990 (approx. Rs 71,550) for the single 12GB+512GB variant and is available in Midnight Brown and Twilight Gold.

The Reno 15 Pro is offered in a single 12GB+256GB configuration priced at NTD 20,990 (approx. Rs 60,100), with colour options including Midnight Brown and Aurora Blue.

The Reno 15 comes in two variants: 12GB+256GB for NTD 17,990 (approx. Rs 51,500) and 12GB+512GB for NTD 19,990 (approx. Rs 57,250). It is available in Aurora White and Azure Blue. All three models are available via Oppo’s online store in Taiwan.

The Oppo Reno 15 series is expected to launch in India in January, although the exact date remains unconfirmed. Reports suggest the Indian lineup may include four models: the Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro, Reno 15 Pro Mini, and the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1-powered Reno 15c.

The Reno 15 appears to be the same model that debuted in Taiwan, while the Reno 15 Pro and Reno 15 Pro Mini are said to be rebranded versions of the Taiwan-exclusive Reno 15 Pro Max and Reno 15 Pro, respectively.
