Oppo has a couple of major smartphones lined up for the Chinese market. These include the Oppo Find N6, which may launch in January 2026, while the company’s ultimate photography flagship, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, is likely to debut in March.
Alongside the Ultra edition, the brand is also expected to announce the Oppo Find X9s, a compact flagship phone. A new leak suggests that the X9s will also deliver a stellar photography experience.
Oppo Find X9s key specification tipped
So far, reports have suggested that the Oppo Find X9s would feature a triple 50MP camera setup. However, a new leak by tipster Digital Chat Station reveals that the camera system will instead include a pair of 200MP sensors.
According to the leak, the setup will comprise a 200MP Samsung HP5 primary camera and a 200MP Samsung HP5 periscope telephoto camera. While not explicitly mentioned, it is likely that the phone will also feature a 50MP ultra-wide camera.
In comparison, the Find X9 Ultra is expected to offer a more premium camera configuration, including a 200MP Sony LYT-901 main camera, a 50MP Sony LYT-828 ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP Samsung HP5 periscope telephoto camera.
Coming back to the Find X9s, it is said to be powered by the upcoming Dimensity 9500 Plus chipset, which is expected to feature higher clock speeds compared to the standard Dimensity 9500. Another key highlight of the device is its large 7,000mAh battery, which is said to be packed into a compact form factor. The phone is also expected to support wireless charging in addition to 80W fast charging.
As for the compact design, the Find X9s is tipped to feature a 6.31-inch OLED LTPS display offering a 1.5K resolution, along with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. It is also expected to come with an IP68/69-rated dustproof and water-resistant body.
While the Find X9 Ultra is expected to launch globally, including in India, there is currently no clarity on whether the Find X9s will be released in the Indian market. Hopefully, upcoming reports will provide more information on this front.
